Project Overview

Musicbox Insurance Company sought a comprehensive digital solution to streamline their instrument insurance operations. The challenge was to create a secure, user-friendly platform that would allow orchestras and individual musicians to efficiently manage their instrument insurance policies, apply for new coverage, and oversee their ensemble members.

We developed a robust client portal and CRM system with advanced security features while maintaining an intuitive user experience. The solution enables orchestras to digitally manage their entire instrument inventory, track insurance status for each item, and handle membership changes with ease.

The Challenge

Musicbox Insurance was struggling with an outdated, paper-based system for managing instrument insurance policies. Orchestra administrators faced significant challenges keeping track of instruments, musicians, and policy details, often resulting in coverage gaps and administrative bottlenecks.

The insurance application process was cumbersome, requiring multiple forms and extensive documentation that had to be manually processed. Additionally, orchestras needed a secure way to manage sensitive instrument valuation data and musician information while maintaining compliance with data protection regulations.
